2. Our Response to Valid DMCA Requests

Upon receiving a complete and valid DMCA request:

  • The content or link in question will be removed or disabled as quickly as possible.

  • Repeat offenders may be restricted or permanently blocked from our platform.

We aim to act promptly and responsibly in compliance with copyright regulations.

3. Counter-Notification Procedure

  1. Your full name, address, phone number, and email.

  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its original location before removal.

  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
